I completed my specialist training primarily at Halle-Dölau Hospital and Bergmannstrost. I obtained my specializations in diabetology and nutritional medicine at Dessau Municipal Hospital. In early 2026, I founded my own practice in Leipzig — with a clear focus: metabolic syndrome and its interconnections.

Many of my patients don't come with just one diagnosis. They come with excess weight, poor sleep, high blood pressure, and perhaps already diabetes. That's exactly why I don't treat these issues in isolation, but as what they are: an interconnected problem.

Qualifications

I am a diabetologist, nutritionist, certified obesity specialist, and hypertension specialist. Sleep medicine is coming next. In primary care practice, these four topics can be brought together: one consultation, one continuous record, one treatment plan.

Medical degree from the University of Pécs (Hungary) with doctorate in intensive care medicine. Board certification in Internal Medicine in 2020.

Beyond the Practice

A few years ago, the birth of my child prompted me to change my own life: more exercise, better nutrition, more conscious approach to sleep and stress. Today I train in triathlon, climb in the Alps, and photograph in nature. What I've learned about myself in the process flows into my work — because I understand how difficult change is, and how good it feels when it works.
